Remedial/ Relaxation Massage
I design an individualised treatment plan for you. Factors such as the reason(s) for your visit, any injuries, wear and tear of your body, pain tolerance; age and health history will all come into play when determining your treatment plan; and how best to provide for you, a therapeutic treatment that will benefit you most. ‘Do no harm,’ is my motto.

Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis
This approach to Hypnosis is clinical, in that the questioning prior to treatment is designed to get to the crux of the problem(s). The true underlying reason(s) for the problem(s) that you may not be consciously aware of yourself.
We then tackle each element of the problem(s) whilst you’re hypnotised. The hypnosis style is both indirect and permissive; enabling the client to be the captain of the ship; and the therapist remains a navigator; guiding the client through the hypnosis; encouraging the greatest result possible through the hypnosis. By tackling the problem(s) on a subconscious level, it helps to achieve longer lasting results. After each session you will also be given tasking, so that changes occur on both conscious and subconscious levels; ensuring greater chances of success.
Issues that are commonly addressed are Anxiety, Social and Performance Anxiety, Phobias, Procrastination, Anger Management, Weight Loss, Quit Smoking, Addictions and Dependencies, Obsessive Compulsive Behaviours, Insomnia and Low Self Esteem.

Reiki
Reiki is a powerful yet gentle and magical healing tool. It’s an energy healing technique; whereby the loving, healing light of universal life force energy passes through the practitioner, to then pass on to those receiving treatment. It can address physical ailments, such as sickness and pain; and it can also assist in balancing and clearing our energetic and spiritual fields, such as our chakras and aura.
Intuitive messages can be received from either your mind/body/soul. Messages may come through for me to share for your highest good. They may come through as words/feelings/ visions.
I have been a Reiki Master for over 10 years now; and the impact reiki can have on people, still astounds me.

Numerology Reports
Numerology, the energy of numbers; and the influence of the numbers involved in your birthday and the letters within your full name can be astoundingly accurate. Numerology reports are in-depth and can provide information about your personality, your life purpose, your perfect vocation, your true heart desire; and your ideal partner. It is a great gift to give to those that have alternative and spiritual interests.

Angel/ Tarot Card Readings
I have my preferred Angel Card Deck and Tarot Deck of cards that I can use depending on your preference. The cards are truly magical. Beyond our control, the cards that disclose your past, present, future all align. They all make sense. Your life story is laid bare on the table. They are a tool to help provide you with guidance for your highest good.
When you feel confused, unsure, or lost; a spiritual reading can help encourage, support, and guide you to achieve your desired outcomes. Nothing is set in stone; you can always change your current trajectory for your highest good. My pendulum may be used to answer yes/no questions also.

Perfect for people who do not wish to have an in-depth reading, but just have a couple of pressing questions they feel they need some guidance about. The use of Angel/ tarot cards and the pendulum may be used depending on the questions asked.
